Position Announcement

Chief Manager (Finance) – Karachi Based

Position Overview

The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Chief Manager - Finance. This is a leadership role responsible for managing and overseeing all financial operations of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily financial operations including:

    • Accounting

    • Budgeting

    • Financial reporting

    • Taxation

    • Audit-related matters

  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain accuracy and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Coordinate internal and external audits.

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee financial planning and process execution across departments and regional centers.

  • Maintain liaison with auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Minimum: B.Com / BBA

    • Advanced: MBA (Finance)

    • Preferably: Part-qualified ICMA / ACCA / CA

  • Experience:

    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in:

      • Taxation

      • Accounts and Finance

      • Auditing
