The company is seeking a results-driven, visionary, and strategic HR leader for the position of:
Location: MEPCO Headquarters, Multan
Reporting To: CEO / Board of Directors
No. of Positions: 01
Contract Term: 3 years (extendable one time based on performance; age must not exceed 65 years at the time of extension)
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Analyze HR requirements aligned with MEPCO’s vision, strategic goals, and directives from the CEO and Board Committees.
Review organizational objectives and expansion plans to determine HR needs.
Develop a 3-year HR strategy and framework aligned with business growth priorities.
Present HR plans, concepts, and recommendations to the CEO/Management for approval.
Define or modify the internal HR operating model to enhance strategy execution.
Outline implementation roadmaps and structural prerequisites for HR initiatives.
Lead manpower planning for executive-level positions and analyze training needs.
Conceptualize and implement executive talent management processes.
Develop and maintain succession planning frameworks for key roles.
Ensure operationalization of HR strategic designs through execution-focused planning.
Drive organizational change management programs.
Enable smooth transition and achievement of HR strategic objectives.
Review HR frameworks periodically, ensuring alignment with internal business needs and evolving macroeconomic conditions.
Master’s Degree in Management Sciences, preferably in Human Resources or a related field, from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
HR-related certifications/courses from reputable national or international institutions will be a strong advantage.
Minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a large private or government organization.
Maximum Age: 60 years at the time of the application deadline.
No age relaxation will be granted under any circumstances.
Market-based competitive salary ranging from Rs. 0.8 million to Rs. 1 million per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience).
Additional benefits, allowances, and facilities as per MEPCO’s policy for C-suite executives.
Annual performance appraisal by the Board of Directors.
The position is contractual, non-pensionable, carries no long-term benefits, and cannot be converted to a permanent position.
