Available Positions

---

1. Chief Human Resource & Career Planning Officer

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university

• At least 15 years of post-qualification relevant experience, including 03 years at senior management level (equivalent to BPS-20 or above)

• Experience in organizations having more than 1,000 employees or assets exceeding PKR 1 billion

• Professional certifications from reputable national or international institutions will be preferred

2. Chief Supply Chain Management Officer

Qualification

• MBA / Master’s degree (16 years) in Supply Chain Management from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university
  OR

• Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) from PEC-recognized university, along with professional certification in Supply Chain Management

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification relevant experience, including 03 years at senior management level (BPS-20 or equivalent)

• Experience in organizations with large asset bases

• Higher qualification in Supply Chain Management will be preferred

3. Chief IT & System Security Officer

Qualification

• Minimum 16 years of education in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline from HEC-recognized institution

• Higher degree in the relevant field will be preferred

Experience

• At least 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 03 years at senior management level (BPS-20 or equivalent)

• Experience managing enterprise-level IT operations

• Preference for experience in energy, infrastructure, or large-scale public/private sector organizations

Core Competencies

• Leadership of large IT organizations and delivery of complex digital transformations

• Expertise in ERP systems, programming languages, development frameworks, and modern architectures

• Strong command of data governance, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT governance frameworks

• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing MoUs, SLAs, and complex IT contracts

• Knowledge of information security policies, regulatory compliance, and corporate laws

Remuneration, Tenure & Age Limit

• Market-based competitive salary package, finalized by the Board at the time of selection

• Contract period: Initially 03 years, extendable based on satisfactory performance and organizational need

• Annual performance evaluation will be conducted by the Board of Directors

Other Conditions

1. Candidates must fulfill the Fit and Proper Criteria under the Companies Act, 2017 and SOE Act, 2023, and submit an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper (Rs. 100 or above).

2. Candidates must be Pakistani nationals.

3. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification at any stage.

4. Applicants with foreign qualifications must provide HEC equivalence certificates.

5. Only candidates meeting the eligibility criteria should apply.

6. IESCO reserves the right to withhold or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
