SINDH RURAL SUPPORT ORGANIZATION (SRSO) CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO), registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, invites applications from energetic, well-qualified, and experienced individuals for the following positions:

1. Chief Financial Officer

  • Qualification: Professional Qualification CA/CPA or ????
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a managerial position.
  • Location: SRSO Head Office, Sukkur

2. Senior Manager Enterprise

  • Qualification:
    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Rural Development, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
    • If the qualification is not relevant, a minimum of 8 years of experience is required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in an enterprise development role, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Location: Head Office Sukkur (flexibility to be based at any SRSO Office).

3. Regional General Manager

  • Qualification:
    • Master's degree in Social Sciences or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
    • In case of an irrelevant degree, 10 years of experience is required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the development sector, with at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing operations and programs.
    • If the degree is not relevant, at least 7 years in a senior management role is mandatory.
  • Location: SRSO Regional Offices (Sukkur / Hyderabad / Larkana).
