Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

About the Role

A leading group involved in multiple large-scale mixed-use projects and diversified portfolios of hospitality and retail is seeking an accomplished and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer to lead the Group's financial strategy, governance and performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership across a diversified portfolio while ensuring strong financial controls, sustainable growth and value creation.

Education and Professional Qualification

  • CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory.

  • Candidates qualified from Big Four accounting firms will be preferred.

  • Additional qualification in finance, business, investment, or management will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • 20+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting with substantial experience in senior leadership positions.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CFO or equivalent senior financial leadership role.

  • Experience in multiple large-scale mixed-use projects is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience in financial strategy, corporate finance, treasury, investment evaluation, governance, and stakeholder management.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with Boards, CEOs, business heads, investors, financial institutions, and external auditors.
