CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Paraplegic Centre Peshawar (PCP) invites applications from dynamic healthcare professionals having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with sufficient experience in physical rehabilitation for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Candidates fulfilling any of the following criteria may apply:

Option 1

  • Minimum Postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Prosthetics & Orthotics or Fellowship in Orthopedics & Spine Surgery (or equivalent) from an HEC/PMDC recognized university.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy/Prosthetics & Orthotics/Orthopedics & Spine Surgery.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BPS-20 or equivalent in a Govt./Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous physical rehabilitation organization.

Option 2

  • Graduation in Physiotherapy (BSc/DPT or equivalent) or Medical Doctor (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience, including 8 years in BPS-20 or equivalent in a Govt./Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous rehabilitation facility, preferably dealing with spinal cord injuries.

RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS

  • A total of at least 10 research publications related to physical medicine and rehabilitation published in recognized research journals.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The selected candidate will serve a term of up to four years from the date of joining.
  2. Salary & Benefits: Equivalent to BPS-20.
  3. Maximum age limit: 62 years as of February 14, 2025.
  4. A candidate may be disqualified if he/she:
    • Has been convicted by a court of law.
    • Has been dismissed from public service.
    • Provides false information or forged/tempered documents.
  5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  6. No TA/DA will be provided for the interview.
