Overview: PHDEC Vacancy Announcement

The Pakistan Horticulture Development & Export Company (PHDEC) is a public sector organization registered under section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. Detailed Job Profile: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Description

The CEO will serve as the principal executive officer of PHDEC. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a diverse team of professionals, driving strategic initiatives, and executing policies to achieve the company’s organizational goals in horticulture trade and export enhancement.

Eligibility Requirements & Criteria

Compensation PKR 600,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Education

• Minimum Graduation (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized national or international institution.

 

• Strong command of IT skills.

 

• Preferred: Higher qualifications such as an M.Phil or Ph.D.
Experience • Minimum 20 years of job experience in the public sector, a reputable private organization, or an international organization.
Preferred Experience

• Direct work experience as a CEO or Head of an Organization.

 

• Specialized work experience in Horticulture, Exports, and Trade.
