  • Minimum Qualification: Law Graduate (LL.B or equivalent) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

  • Required Experience:

    • A minimum of 11 years of relevant experience.

    • A minimum of 4 years of Bar Enrollment.

    • At least 4 years of experience working specifically as a Functional or Team Lead.

## Job Summary & Key Purpose

The core responsibilities of the Chief Manager - Litigation include:

  • Protecting the strategic and legal interests of SSGC in all lawsuits, whether filed by or defended by the company.

  • Overseeing and managing all pre-litigation processes.

  • Providing expert legal advice to the management on risk mitigation and strategy to actively avoid unnecessary litigation in a court of law.
