SITUATIONS VACANT

INTRODUCTION

Online applications are invited from suitable candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including merged districts) for the following project-based positions under the ADP Project "Updating Environmental Profile and Development of Inventory of Industrial Pollution in KP" on a contract basis as per Project Policy 2022.

03 Planning Assistant 16 01 Master's or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized University in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Development Studies or Project Management. Gender: Both Male and Female are equally qualified. Age: 21–35 years.
04 Office Assistant 16 01 Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University. Gender: Both Male and Female are equally qualified. Age: 18–30 years.
05 Computer Operator 16 01 (a) At least 2nd Class Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (BCS/BIT four year) from a recognized University, OR (b) At least 2nd Class Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University, with 01-year Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) from a recognized Board of Technical Education. Age: 21–35 years.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA Screening Test; however, detailed scrutiny of their credentials will be carried out by the Appointing Authority. If any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified at that stage.

  2. All candidates will be required to create a Profile on the ETEA website. After creating the Profile and applying/depositing the fee for any post, candidates must print the E-Sahulat Token from ETEA's website and get it verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.

  3. Candidates qualifying the ETEA Test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.

  4. Appointment will be purely on contract basis till completion of the project, as per Project Policy 2022.

  5. These posts are project-based and will stand abolished automatically upon completion of the project.

  6. Pay and allowances will be offered as per the approved Government Project Policy/Project Policy 2022.

  7. Interview calls will be issued only to shortlisted candidates.

  8. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications.

  9. Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

  10. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government rules.

  11. Candidates already working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.

  12. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.

  13. Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all relevant documents should be produced at the time of interview.

  14. No TA/DA will be admissible for Test/Interview.

  15. In case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.

  16. The previous advertisement INF(P) 2282/26 is hereby withdrawn.

  17. Candidates who applied under the Agency's previous advertisement for the posts of Driver and Naib Qasid shall not be required to apply afresh; candidates for all other posts must apply afresh through ETEA.

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.

  2. After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online Deposit Slip (having Token Number, Project Code & candidate's personal information) will be generated.

  3. Take a printout of the generated Deposit Slip & deposit the prescribed Test Fee (non-refundable) through OneLink.

  4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original Deposit Slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.

  5. After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office; copies of testimonials/documents will however be provided by the candidates who qualify the Screening Test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.

  6. Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk on 2nd November, 2026.

  7. Last date for submission of online Application is 20th November, 2026.

  8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed not to give ported/converted Mobile Number.

  9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.

  10. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for Screening Test through postal/courier means.
