The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. (PPCBL), a fast-growing, Agri-focused financial institution with a nationwide network of 151 branches, is seeking applications from energetic and challenge-driven professionals for the following key positions. Location: Head Office, Lahore
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university
Experience:
At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, including 3 years in a similar role
Supervise and support day-to-day branch operations across the network
Manage operations in areas such as:
Cash handling and insurance of cash & lockers
Centralized account opening and maintenance
Centralized remittance, clearing, and collection (inward & outward)
Cheque book issuance, locker operations, and related services
Coordinate with business teams for branch rotation, document safekeeping
Develop operational benchmarks and risk monitoring tools
Support implementation and fine-tuning of core banking systems (CBS)
Oversee ATM and Debit Card transaction settlement, reconciliation, dispute resolution, and regulatory reporting (SBP)
Location: Multiple positions across Punjab
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university
Experience:
Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, including 3 years in a similar managerial capacity
Lead the branch’s overall operations and administration
Achieve branch targets in deposits, advances, and recoveries
Mobilize new business and build strong customer relationships
Ensure quality customer service and smooth daily operations
Oversee loan processing, documentation, and timely recoveries
Implement SBP regulations, internal bank policies, AML/CFT compliance
Safeguard branch cash, assets, and records via effective internal controls
Monitor staff performance and provide training and motivation
Address customer issues and grievances promptly and professionally
Location: Lahore
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant position
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
Log complaints and service requests accurately in CRM systems
Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or concerned departments
Follow call scripts and ensure regulatory compliance during all interactions
Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Document call logs, update records, and ensure timely follow-ups
Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Adaptability and commitment to high service standards
