Terms & Conditions:

  1. Application form can be obtained from the office of the undersigned OR downloaded from BKMC website i.e.www.bkmc.edu.pk.
  2. Application on prescribed proforma duly filled in all respects should reach to this office within 15 days of publication of this advertisement.
  3. CV along with attested photocopies of all degrees, certificates, NIC etc should be sent with the application form.
  4. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  5. In-service employees should apply through proper channels. If NOC is not produced they will not be called for interview.
  6. All posts, shall be filled under MTI Act 2015 & amended after therein.
  7. In case civil servants / institutional employee are selected they will have to resign from their posts, providing written proof of the resignation before they receive a contract.
  8. Names, email, address and telephone numbers of at least three referees in the last three years should be submitted.
  9. A candidate may be disqualified and for excluded from interview if he/ she was (a) convicted by the court of law. (b) Dismissed/relieved /removed on unsatisfactory performance from any executive post of MTI Hospitals /College. (c) Knowingly furnishes any false information, (d) suppresses any information which may lead to his disqualification. (e) attempts to obtain support for his (candidate by improper means). (f) submits forged certificates, (g) Tempers with the entries in his age and academic certificates, (h) Misbehave during interview, and may be dismissed from service any time if his documents found fake.
  10. A bank draft of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) to the Account of Dean BKMC A/C No. 231935474 United Bank Limited Branch Code No. 0033 must be attached with the application form.
  11. Short listing for the demonstrator will be done on basis of ETEA test score, academic/professional record etc.
  12. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, candidates will be shortlisted in view of their academic/ professional record duly attested by HEC.
  13. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel or fill any / all vacancies without assigning any reason, and may increase or decrease the number of posts.
  14. If the closing date fixed for the receipt of application form falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the closing date.
  15. Original documents shall be produced at the time of interview.
  16. No TA/ DA is admissible for test/interview.
