FACULTY POSITIONS (REGULAR APPOINTMENTS)

Applications are invited from qualified and suitable candidates for regular faculty positions at Khushal Khan Khattak University, Karak. The recruitment is being conducted in compliance with the judgments of the Honorable Peshawar High Court, Bannu Bench, and the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan.

1. Applicants must apply on the prescribed application form available from:

2. Application Processing Fee:
   • BPS-20 Posts: Rs. 2,500 (Non-refundable)
   • BPS-19/TTS Posts: Rs. 2,500 (Non-refundable)
3. Additional Fee:
   • An additional amount of Rs. 3,500 may be required for Assistant Professor positions and/or processing of affected applications, as specified by the University.

Applicants must submit:

• Attested copies of all academic degrees, diplomas, and certificates.
• CNIC copy.
• Two recent passport-size photographs.
• Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
• Experience certificates (if applicable).

For Associate Professor Positions:

Applicants must submit four copies of a dossier containing:

• List of research publications.
• Names of journals and publication years.
• Online links of publications.
• Reprints/copies of publications.
• Relevant journal title pages.
• Updated Curriculum Vitae.

The University may require additional documents whenever necessary.

1. Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Institutions must apply through the proper channel.
2. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer must be provided before the closing date.
3. Foreign degree holders must submit an equivalency certificate issued by HEC/IBCC (as applicable).
4. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
5. Separate applications must be submitted for each post.
6. Eligibility shall be determined based on qualifications and experience possessed on the closing date.
7. Degrees and certificates must be issued by HEC-recognized universities or government-recognized boards.
8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
9. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in interviews.
10. CGPA below 3.20 out of 4.00 will not be considered equivalent to First Division.
11. Candidates applying against reserved quotas must provide the required supporting documents.
12. The University reserves the right to:
    • Increase or decrease the number of posts.
    • Not fill any advertised position.
    • Correct any errors or omissions in the advertisement.
