1. Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA)
Job Role: Lead the financial management and compliance functions of the institution.
Eligibility & Qualifications:

ACA qualification from ICAP.

Articles completed from a renowned CA firm.

Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in school education management.

Proven experience in financial management, with strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:

Oversee financial management and compliance operations.

Ensure accuracy, transparency, and integrity in all financial activities.

Provide analytical insights for strategic decision-making.

2. HR Manager
Job Role: Direct human resource operations and support across all employee types, including faculty and non-faculty employees.
Eligibility & Qualifications:

MBA from a recognized institution (LUMS preferred).

Schooling: O/A Levels or IBDP preferred.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
Responsibilities:

Implementation and integration of IB HR policies and school-specific policies.

Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and school regulations, supporting equal opportunity and diversity goals.

Organize and administer training and development programs to support professional growth.
