📢 WE ARE HIRING

Under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10, and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, NADRA invites applications from highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following position:

Position Title:

Assistant Director (Java Developer)

Maximum Age Limit:

37 Years (includes 5 years of general age relaxation)

Job Location:

Islamabad

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree (4 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field from an HEC-recognized university (16 years of education).

  • Preferred: Master’s degree in the relevant field.

  • All degrees must be attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Professional Experience:

  • Required: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Java development.

  • Preferred: Oracle Certified Associate Java Programmer certification.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Candidates must demonstrate working knowledge and hands-on experience with the following:

  • Programming & Frameworks:

    • Java (strong proficiency and object-oriented design principles)

    • Spring Boot

    • JSF, PrimeFaces

    • Hibernate

  • Frontend Technologies:

    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript

    • jQuery

  • Architecture & Services:

    • Microservice Architecture

    • REST & SOAP Web Services

  • Tools & Practices:

    • Maven (project builds and dependencies)

    • Git (basic version control knowledge)

    • CI/CD pipeline

    • Agile methodologies

    • DevOps practices

    • Java Multithreading

    • Coding best practices

  • Databases:

    • RDBMS knowledge

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Initial hiring will be for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).

  2. NADRA reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the test/interview.

  4. Providing false information will lead to disqualification.

  5. Government/Semi-Government employees must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

  6. Age relaxation (5 years) is already included in the maximum age limit.

  7. Selected candidates must submit Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

  8. No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.

  9. Attested copies of HEC or relevant regulatory body-verified degrees must be presented at the interview.

  10. Females, Minorities, Transgenders, and Differently-abled persons are encouraged to apply.

  11. Electronic gadgets (e.g., mobile phones, smartwatches) will not be allowed during the test/interview.
