The National Forensics Agency (NFA) invites applications from suitable candidates for the appointment of the following contract posts. Detailed information about the positions is provided below:

1. Assistant Manager Supply Chain (NFAPS-6)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Max Age: 35 Years

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Master's degree (16 years of education) in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or equivalent.

• Experience: 7+ years in Government department/PSDP Projects.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of PPRA Rules and certification in PPRA Rules.

  • Ability to manage budget and resources effectively.

  • Proven experience in a Public forensics lab.

2. PS to DG (NFAPS-5)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Max Age: 30 Years

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Master's degree (16 years of education) from an HEC recognized institute.

• Experience: 3+ years as PA/PS to the head of a department (Government/Semi-Government/Corporate sector).

• Skills:

  • Good command of English, shorthand, and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Minimum typing speed of 40 W.P.M.

  • Preference will be given to female candidates.

3. APS to Director (NFAPS-4)

• Max Age: 30 Years

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Master's degree (16 years of education) from an HEC recognized institute.

• Experience: 2+ years as PA/PS to the head of a department (Government/Semi-Government/Corporate sector).

• Skills:

  • Good command of English, shorthand, and MS Office.

  • Minimum typing speed of 40 W.P.M.

  • Preference will be given to female candidates.

4. Duplicate Machine Operator (NFAPS-1)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Max Age: 50 Years

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Middle Pass.

• Experience: 12+ years of hands-on experience working in a public forensics lab.

• Skills:

  • Proven experience in binding and lamination.

  • Basic repair and maintenance of photocopier machines.

  • Maintain records of copies produced and supplies used.

  • Set up and adjust machines for document reproduction.

5. Accounts Messenger (NFAPS-1)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Max Age: 45 Years

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Middle Pass.

• Experience: 8+ years of work experience in the Accounts section of a public forensics lab.

• Skills:

  • Able to update account records, carry out delivery and collection of documents, bills, cheques, invoices, and financial files.

  • Must have a valid motorcycle license.

  • Knowledge of accounts reconciliation and bank statements.

  • Maintain a daily movement logbook for documents dispatched/received.

General Conditions:

1. Demand Draft:
   Applications must be accompanied by a demand draft in favor of National Forensics Agency, Islamabad.

2. Government Employees:
   Candidates already in Government service or autonomous bodies should apply through the proper channel.

3. Age Relaxation:
   General relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit is applicable as per Federal Government Rules and regulations.

4. Shortlisting:
   Only short-listed candidates will be called for a written test/interview.

5. Incomplete Applications:
   Applications received after the closing date or incomplete applications will not be entertained.

6. TA/DA:
   No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.

7. Right to Reject:
   The NFA reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

8. Security Clearance:
   Proper security clearance will be obtained for shortlisted candidates.
