TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) is a company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The company is responsible for the implementation, management, and maintenance of Urban Rapid Transit Projects assigned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority.

Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The Assistant Manager Financial Services plays a critical role in managing the financial health of the organization. Responsibilities include:
Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations
Budgeting and financial reporting
Ensuring regulatory compliance
Managing audits
Supporting strategic financial planning
Ensuring financial practices align with organizational goals and statutory requirements
Minimum 16 years of education in Commerce, ACCA, CA Finalist, Business Administration (Finance), or related fields from a recognized university
Foreign qualification will be considered an added advantage
At least 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience
03 years in a similar role/sector preferred
Relevant international work experience will be an added advantage

Reporting To: Chief Internal Auditor
The Audit Officer will:
Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits
Ensure transparency, accountability, and efficient use of public funds in the BRT system
Plan and execute internal audit activities
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, procurement policies, and operational procedures
Strengthen risk management and asset protection systems
Minimum 16 years of education in Commerce, Business Administration (Finance), ACCA, CA Finalist, or related fields
At least 03 years of post-qualification relevant experience
01 year experience in public sector projects, transport authorities, donor-funded programs, or infrastructure projects preferred

The Gender & Environment Officer will:

Develop culturally sensitive and result-oriented methodologies

Minimum 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Gender & Development, Women Studies, Management, or related fields

The Procurement Officer will:
Manage procurement activities in accordance with KPPRA Rules
Plan, execute, monitor, and report procurement processes

Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, IT/Computer Science, or related fields
At least 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience
02 years in procurement (public/private sector or donor-funded projects preferred)

The HR & Legal Executive will:
Manage HR functions and legal compliance matters
Ensure adherence to labour laws, transport regulations, and internal policies
Handle litigation, grievance procedures, and HR management
Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration (preferably HR), Law, or related fields
At least 02 years of post-qualification relevant experience
Experience in HR, labor laws, litigation, and grievance handling preferred

The Record Room Executive is responsible for:
Managing, organizing, and securing physical and electronic records

Create and implement video and photographic content

Hands-on experience in video content creation, photography, shooting, and editing
At least 02 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Proven portfolio of video production and photography work required
