TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company)

TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) is a company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The company is responsible for the implementation, management, and maintenance of Urban Rapid Transit Projects assigned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority.

TransPeshawar is seeking dynamic, experienced, and self-driven professionals for the following positions:


1. Assistant Manager Financial Services

Position: 01
Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Profile:

The Assistant Manager Financial Services plays a critical role in managing the financial health of the organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations

  • Budgeting and financial reporting

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance

  • Managing audits

  • Supporting strategic financial planning

  • Ensuring financial practices align with organizational goals and statutory requirements

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Commerce, ACCA, CA Finalist, Business Administration (Finance), or related fields from a recognized university

  • Foreign qualification will be considered an added advantage

Experience:

  • At least 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience

  • 03 years in a similar role/sector preferred

  • Relevant international work experience will be an added advantage

Age Limit:

Up to 42 years (on closing date of applications)


2. Audit Officer

Position: 01
Reporting To: Chief Internal Auditor

Job Profile:

The Audit Officer will:

  • Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits

  • Ensure transparency, accountability, and efficient use of public funds in the BRT system

  • Plan and execute internal audit activities

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, procurement policies, and operational procedures

  • Strengthen risk management and asset protection systems

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Commerce, Business Administration (Finance), ACCA, CA Finalist, or related fields

Experience:

  • At least 03 years of post-qualification relevant experience

  • 01 year experience in public sector projects, transport authorities, donor-funded programs, or infrastructure projects preferred

Age Limit:

Up to 42 years


3. Gender & Environment Officer

Position: 01

Job Profile:

The Gender & Environment Officer will:

  • Ensure gender integration and equal opportunity

  • Promote environmental sustainability in BRT Project and TransPeshawar

  • Develop culturally sensitive and result-oriented methodologies

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to integrate gender and environmental considerations into operations and structure

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Gender & Development, Women Studies, Management, or related fields

  • Foreign qualification preferred

Experience:

  • At least 03 years of post-qualification relevant experience

  • 01 year in a similar role highly desirable

Age Limit:

Up to 42 years


4. Procurement Officer

Position: 01
Reporting To: Manager Procurement

Job Profile:

The Procurement Officer will:

  • Manage procurement activities in accordance with KPPRA Rules

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and report procurement processes

  • Ensure transparency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods, works, and services

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, IT/Computer Science, or related fields

Experience:

  • At least 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience

  • 02 years in procurement (public/private sector or donor-funded projects preferred)

Age Limit:

Up to 42 years


5. HR & Legal Executive

Position: 01
Reporting To: DGM HR & Administration

Job Profile:

The HR & Legal Executive will:

  • Manage HR functions and legal compliance matters

  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, transport regulations, and internal policies

  • Handle litigation, grievance procedures, and HR management

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration (preferably HR), Law, or related fields

Experience:

  • At least 02 years of post-qualification relevant experience

  • Experience in HR, labor laws, litigation, and grievance handling preferred

Age Limit:

Up to 37 years


6. Record Room Executive

Position: 01
Reporting To: DGM HR & Administration

Job Profile:

The Record Room Executive is responsible for:

  • Managing, organizing, and securing physical and electronic records

  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

  • Maintaining documentation and storage systems

  • Facilitating efficient retrieval of records

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields

Experience:

  • At least 02 years of post-qualification relevant experience

  • Experience in stores, record management, and asset management preferred

Age Limit:

Up to 37 years


7. Videography Executive

Position: 01
Reporting To: Manager Communication

Job Profile:

The Videography Executive will:

  • Create and implement video and photographic content

  • Support communication, branding, education, safety, and training initiatives

  • Ensure alignment with organizational branding

  • Enhance public awareness and user experience

  • Communicate operational information effectively

Qualification:

  • Minimum 12 years of education from a recognized college/university

  • Hands-on experience in video content creation, photography, shooting, and editing

Experience:

  • At least 02 years of relevant post-qualification experience

  • Proven portfolio of video production and photography work required

Age Limit:

Up to 37 years
