TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company)

TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) is a company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The company is responsible for the implementation, management, and maintenance of Urban Rapid Transit (BRT) projects assigned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority.

TransPeshawar is seeking dynamic, experienced, and self-driven professionals for the following positions:


1. Assistant Manager – Bus Compliance

No. of Position: 01
Age Limit: Up to 42 years

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Transport Planning & Engineering, or related field from a recognized university.

  • Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage.

  • Foreign qualification will be considered an added advantage.

Experience:

  • At least 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience.

  • Minimum 03 years in a similar role and sector preferred.

  • International work experience will be considered an advantage.

Job Profile:

Reporting to the Manager Operations & Control Centre, the incumbent will:

  • Ensure bus operations comply with regulatory standards, contractual obligations, safety protocols, and service benchmarks.

  • Coordinate with bus operators, regulatory authorities, and internal departments.

  • Enforce KPIs and compliance standards across BRT operations.


2. Assistant Manager – Bus Operations

No. of Position: 01
Age Limit: Up to 42 years

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Civil, Transport, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 05 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

  • Experience in transport planning and operations (minimum 05 years preferred).

  • Experience in bus scheduling/monitoring systems will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Chamkani and Mall of Hayat (MoH) bus operations contracts.

  • Contract management, invoice processing, and rate adjustments.

  • Kilometer verification and KPI compliance.

  • Impose liquidated damages (LDs) for non-compliance.

  • Recommend and implement operational improvements.


3. Assistant Manager – Infrastructure

No. of Position: 01
Age Limit: Up to 42 years

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning & Engineering, or related field.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 05 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in similar role/sector preferred.

  • International experience considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, development, and management of BRT infrastructure.

  • Ensure timely implementation and integration of corridor systems.

  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

  • Support GM Planning & Infrastructure in sustainable transport development.


4. Business Development Officer

No. of Positions: 02
Age Limit: Up to 42 years

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration (Marketing/Sales preferred), Economics, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 03 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in business development, advertising sales, real estate leasing, or marketing (preferably in transport/retail sector).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage commercial opportunities within BRT plazas, stations, buses, and retail spaces.

  • Generate non-fare revenue streams.

  • Manage tenants, leases, advertising, branding, and retail opportunities.


5. Bus Compliance Supervisor

No. of Positions: 02
Age Limit: Up to 37 years

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Transport Planning & Engineering.

Experience:

  • Minimum 02 years of relevant experience (01 year with Master’s degree).

  • Experience in bus inspection/mechanism preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor bus operations for compliance with service standards and safety protocols.

  • Ensure buses remain roadworthy and efficient.

  • Supervise third-party operators and ensure regulatory adherence.


6. Operations Supervisor

No. of Positions: 03
Age Limit: Up to 37 years

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 02 years relevant experience (01 year with Master’s degree preferred).

  • Monitoring and supervision experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily monitoring of 244 buses on 18+ routes.

  • Verify trips, kilometers, and KPI compliance.

  • Monitor headways through GPS, AVL, and CCTV systems.

  • Monitor ZU Bicycles operations.


7. Electrical Executive

No. of Position: 01
Age Limit: Up to 37 years

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

Experience:

  • Minimum 02 years relevant experience.

  • Experience in electrical system maintenance in transportation/commercial infrastructure preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and supervision of electrical systems across BRT infrastructure.

  • Manage power distribution, lighting, signaling, UPS, HVAC controls.

  • Ensure safety, reliability, and minimal downtime.


8. Mechanical Executive

No. of Position: 01
Age Limit: Up to 37 years

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

  • Minimum 02 years relevant experience.

  • Experience in mechanical systems maintenance (HVAC, escalators, elevators, generators, firefighting systems, depot equipment) preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inspection and maintenance of mechanical systems.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and manufacturer standards.

  • Maintain operational reliability and safety.


9. Executive – Security & Safety

No. of Position: 01
Age Limit: Up to 37 years

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration (Finance), or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 02 years relevant experience.

  • Experience in Security, Health & Safety, or Fire Safety preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety and security of passengers, staff, and assets.

  • Implement safety protocols and coordinate with law enforcement.

  • Manage incidents and emergency response.
