Job Opportunities

The Punjab Health Initiative Management Company (PHIMC) is a public sector organization registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. It operates under the administrative control of the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of Punjab.

Available Positions

1. Assistant Manager – Health Initiatives

Qualification

  • Minimum 16 years of education in one of the following fields from an HEC-recognized institution:
    • Health Policy
    • Public Health
    • Health Economics
    • Health Planning
    • Health Administration
    • Economics
    • Anthropology
    • Business Administration
    • Public Administration

Experience

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Preference will be given to candidates with:
    • Experience in statistical tools such as SPSS, STATA, R, Python
    • Skills in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI

Age Limit

  • Maximum 35 years (as of the application deadline)

2. Assistant Manager – Contracts

Qualification

  • Minimum 16 years of education in:
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Business Administration
    • Public Administration
    • Project Management
    • Economics
  • Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution

Experience

  • Fresh graduates may apply
  • Preference will be given to candidates with:
    • Experience in contract management
    • Skills in negotiation of contract terms and conditions
    • Knowledge of compliance processes

Qualification
