Job Opportunities

Punjab Health Initiative Management Company (PHIMC) is a company registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. It operates under the administrative control of the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab.

PHIMC is mandated to design and implement healthcare programs aimed at improving access to essential health services across Punjab in line with provincial policies and priorities. The organization offers a professional working environment with opportunities for career growth and development.

Applications are invited from qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions at PHIMC Head Office, Lahore:

1. Chief Internal Auditor (CIA)

Qualification

  • Member of a recognized professional accounting body such as:

    • CA

    • ICMA

    • ACCA

    • ICAEW

  • Additional certifications such as:

    • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

    • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

    • Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA)
      will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience in relevant audit functions.

  • At least 03 years of experience as Chief Internal Auditor in a reputable public or private sector organization.

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or public sector organizations will be preferred.

Age Limit

  • Not more than 55 years on the last date of application submission.

2. Manager Research & Development

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in:

    • Health Policy

    • Public Health

    • Health Economics

    • Health Planning

    • Health Administration

    • Public Policy

    • Economics

    • Sociology

    • Data Sciences

    • Statistics
      (From an HEC/PMDC recognized institution)

  • Preference will be given to candidates with:

    • PhD degree

    • Additional certifications in research methodologies or project management

Experience

  • Minimum 05 years of experience in designing and implementing research initiatives for public or private sector health programs.

  • Some experience in a leadership role is preferred.

  • Experience in specialized health programs such as:

    • Health insurance

    • Child heart care

    • Transplant services in Pakistan
      will be highly desirable.

Age Limit

  • Not more than 55 years on the last date of application submission.
