Assistant Manager (Infrastructure) (Based on Provincial Quota & Merit) |
Educational Qualification: • Graduation in Civil Engineering or an equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university. • Certification/Training in Project Management (from a Government or Semi-Government institution). Professional Experience: • Minimum of 05 years of professional experience, preferably in infrastructure planning and management within a port or related maritime/defense sectors. • Preference: Candidates with experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), parametric systems, and armed forces/defense projects will be preferred. |
• Strong grasp of Project Management Frameworks. • Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement. • Experience in Management and Structural Modification. • Vendor Management. • Proven experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Experience with ERP solutions, preferably in the public sector (Armed Forces). • IT Infrastructure Oversight (Software updates, network infrastructure, etc.). • Strong grasp of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS, preferably Oracle). • Robust knowledge of software development methodologies. • Ability to manage project progress, risk assessment, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Experience in providing post-production support, managing operational changes, knowledge transfer, and SLA compliance. |

The selected candidate will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maximize project value—ensuring timely delivery, quality adherence, and cost-effectiveness—while strictly complying with international standards and industry best practices.
