Available Positions

General Instructions & Conditions

  1. Academic Division Requirements:

    • Only one (1) Second Division is allowed in the entire academic career.

    • The final degree must be in First Division (For Annual System: 60% marks; for Semester System: minimum CGPA 2.5/4.0).

    • No Third Division is permitted in any part of the academic record.

  2. Recognition of Qualifications:

    • All degrees, diplomas, and certificates must be obtained from HEC/PEC/Government-recognized institutions.

    • For A-Level, O-Level, or foreign degrees, candidates must provide equivalence certificates issued by IBCC/HEC.

  3. Qualification Cutoff Date:

    • The required educational qualifications must be completed on or before the closing date for application submission.

  4. Experience Definition:

    • “Post-qualification experience” refers to experience gained after obtaining the required qualification and up to the closing date of applications.

  5. Age Limit:

    • The maximum upper age limit for the advertised posts is 35 years.

    • The cut-off date for age calculation will be the closing date for applications.

    • However, relaxation in upper age limit may be granted to candidates having specialized experience or higher qualifications.

  6. Eligibility:

    • Only candidates who fulfil all prescribed criteria are eligible to apply.

    • Candidature of applicants who do not meet the eligibility requirements may be cancelled at any stage during or after the selection process.

    • No claim or appeal will be entertained after disqualification.

  7. Employment Terms:

    • Employment will be offered under the Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) or Provident Fund (PF) scheme, in line with Government policy.

  8. Government Employees:

    • Candidates already serving in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through proper channel.

    • Advance copies of applications may be sent, but NOC must be produced at the time of interview.

  9. Shortlisting:

    • Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee shortlisting.

    • If a large number of candidates meet the criteria, only the most qualified candidates will be shortlisted for tests/interviews.

  10. Travel Allowance:

    • No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be provided for appearing in test or interview.
