Post Qualfication and Experience Age Limit
Assistant  Graduate. In case of selection, 6 weeks basic IT training course (including MS Office conducted by NITB) within one year of selection 18-28 years
 Accountant Bachelor in Commerce from a university or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by HEC with one year of experience in accounts/finance work 18-25 years
Stenotypist Intermediate. Minimum speed of 80/40 wpm in shorthand typing respectively. Must be computer 18-25 years
Upper Division Clerk Intermediate. In case of selection, 3 weeks of the basic IT Training course (including MS Office) conducted by the National information technology board (NITB with one year of selection 18-25 years
Catatloguer/Classifier Second Class or grade c Bachelors Degree. In Library and information science from a university recognized by HEC. 18-25 years
Dark Room Assistant Matriculate. Training & experience in developing films and printing of photographs 18-25 years

Lower Division Clerk

 Martic. A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute. In case of selection, 3 weeks basic IT training from national information technology board should be done within one year 18-25 years
Junior Techincal Assistant Intermediate 18-25 years
