The National Archives of Pakistan invites applications from suitable and qualified candidates to fill the following position on merit:

  1. Application Form:
    Applications must be submitted on the prescribed proforma along with attested copies of educational/experience certificates and one recent passport-size photograph.

  2. Submission Deadline:
    Applications must reach the undersigned within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

  4. Recruitment Policy:
    Appointments will be made in accordance with the Federal Government Recruitment Rules/Policy currently in force.

  5. Age Relaxation:
    Relaxation in the upper age limit will be admissible as per Government rules.

  6. Age Calculation:
    Age will be calculated as of the closing date for submission of applications.

  7. Eligibility:
    Eligibility will be determined based on the academic qualifications and criteria mentioned against the post.

  8. Shortlisting:
    Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  9. Document Verification:
    Candidates must present original documents along with attested copies at the time of the interview.

  10. Government Employees:
    Applicants already in Government service must apply through proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with their application.

  11. Test/Interview Venue:
    The test/interview will be conducted at the:
    National Archives of Pakistan, Block-N, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad.

  12. Mode of Submission:
    Applications submitted by hand, incomplete applications, or those not on the prescribed form will not be entertained.

  13. Right to Cancel:
    The department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

  14. TA/DA:
    No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.
