Mandatory NADRA Profile Verification Phase

Crucial Step Before Applying: All candidates must first register a profile on the ETEA website. Before generating a fee slip or submitting an application, you must print the E-Sahulat token from the ETEA portal and physically visit any NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk/franchise to verify your CNIC. Without NADRA verification, the online application portal will lock and prevent submission.

How to Apply (Step-by-Step Procedure)

  1. Online Registration: Visit the official ETEA job portal at www.etea.edu.pk.

  2. Fee Generation: Complete your online profile data to generate a customized digital deposit slip containing a unique Token Number and Project Code.

  3. Fee Payment: Deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) directly using the Easypaisa App or at any commercial bank designated on the slip. Keep the original student copy safe.

  4. No Hardcopies Initially: Do not mail educational documents or certificate copies to the ETEA office during the preliminary testing phase.

  5. ?? Application Deadline: June 30, 2026.

  6. Roll Number Slips: No physical roll number cards will be sent via postal mail. Candidates will receive an SMS alert to download and print roll number slips from the website.

Post-Test Instructions for Qualified Candidates

Candidates who clear the ETEA screening test must submit attested hard copies of their paperwork within 15 days of the result declaration.

  • Mailing Courier Method: Must be sent via a registered postal courier company.
