Required Qualification:
Minimum 18 years of education (MBA/M.Com/MPA/LLB or equivalent) from a HEC-recognized university
Experience:
Minimum 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of corporate governance and legal frameworks
Competence in decision-making, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and presentation skills
Excellent IT knowledge, verbal and written communication
Chartered Secretary certification will be preferred

Assist in preparation of board agendas, board papers, and minutes
Ensure compliance with internal, external, and regulatory requirements
Support the Divisional Head in developing and updating corporate policies
Ensure smooth execution of Board and Committee Meetings
Draft/vet legal and policy documents
Monitor and implement SECP filing requirements
Maintain communication with regulatory bodies (e.g., SECP, SBP)
Ensure accurate record keeping for the Corporate Secretarial Department
Identify and mitigate legal risks
Liaise with government offices, legal firms, and other authorities
