CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

A public sector project is seeking applications from suitable candidates domiciled in Balochistan Province for the following positions at the Project Management Unit (PMU) on a purely contract basis:

1. Assistant Engineer (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Degree in MEMS or BE/BS/BSc in Civil Engineering recognized by PEC and any HEC-approved university with at least 2nd Division or 2.5 CGPA.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in government or private sector.

  • Preference for retired government employees with experience in Phase Projects.

  • Hands-on experience in Civil Engineering Projects, particularly in the infrastructure sector.

  • Proficient in preparing tender documents, cost estimates, measurement books.

  • Skilled in AutoCAD, project management software, and civil engineering programs.

  • Familiar with BPPRA rules and other bidding regulations.

  • Must be computer proficient.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 43 years.

2. Superintendent (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree (MA or MSc) from any HEC-approved university with at least 2nd Division.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in government or private sector.

  • Skilled in accounting operations, office management, reconciliation statements.

  • Experienced with financial software, BPPRA regulations, and computer proficiency.

  • Good typing speed is required.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 43 years.

3. Computer Operator (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • MSc, BS, or BSc in Computer Science/Computer Engineering from an HEC-approved university.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in government or private sector.

  • Proficient in office automation tools (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Skilled in drafting official letters, programming, networking, troubleshooting, and CorelDRAW.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 43 years.

4. Accounts Assistant (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Master's degree (MA or MSc) from any HEC-approved university with at least 2nd Division.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in government or private sector.

  • Well-versed in accounting operations, financial transaction documentation, and reporting.

  • Experience with auditing, payment verification, and data reconciliation.

  • Familiarity with BPPRA rules and computer proficiency.

  • Good typing speed required.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 43 years.

5. Sub Engineer (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) from a recognized board with at least 2nd Division.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in government or private sector.

6. Driver (02 Positions)

Qualification:

  • Middle school pass.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of driving experience.

  • Must possess a valid LTV/HTV Government License.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 43 years.

7. Naib Qasid (02 Positions)

Qualification:

  • Middle school pass.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in government or private sector.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 43 years.

8. Chowkidar (12 Positions)

Qualification:

  • Middle school pass.

Experience:

  • Relevant experience in government or private sector preferred.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 43 years.

9. Cook (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Middle school pass.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in government or private sector.

10. Sweeper (01 Position)

Qualification:

  • Middle school pass.

Experience:

  • Relevant experience preferred.

  • Appointments are for one year on a contract basis, renewable based on project extension and performance.
