Under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10, and 11 of the NADRA Employees Regulations, 2002, the National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) invites applications from highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following position:

Position Title: Assistant Director (Accounts Payable)

No. of Positions: 03
Maximum Age Limit: 37 Years
Job Locations: Gwadar, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan

Educational Qualification:

  • Option 1: CAF / CA-Inter Qualified

  • Option 2: Graduation in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent (16 years HEC-recognized education)

  • Option 3: Member of ACCA / ACMA

Professional Experience (Post-Qualification):

  • CAF Qualified Candidates: Minimum 4 years relevant experience after graduation

  • ACCA / ACMA Members: Minimum 4 years relevant experience after membership

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong ability to supervise and lead Accounts Payable (AP) teams

  • In-depth knowledge of AP processes

  • Proficiency in ERP systems, especially Oracle

  • Advanced MS Excel skills

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The selected candidate will be hired on a contract basis for 5 years, extendable as per requirement.

  2. NADRA reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.

  4. Any false information provided will lead to disqualification.

  5. Applicants employed in Government/Semi-Government organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application submission.

  6. 5 years of age relaxation is already included in the age limit.

  7. Final selection is subject to Medical Fitness and Character Verification.

  8. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.

  9. Candidates must present attested degrees from HEC/relevant regulatory bodies at the time of the interview.

  10. Females, minorities, transgender, and differently-abled individuals are strongly encouraged to apply.

  11. Electronic devices (mobile phones, smartwatches, etc.) are not allowed during the test/interview.
