We Are Hiring

Under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10, and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, NADRA invites applications from highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following position:

Position:

Assistant Director (Governance, Risk Assessment & Compliance)

Age Limit:

Maximum: 37 years (inclusive of 5 years' age relaxation)

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (4 Years) in:

    • Computer Science

    • Information Technology

    • Cyber Security / Information Security

    • Or equivalent qualification

  • All degrees must be attested by HEC

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience

  • At least 2 years specifically in:

    • Governance

    • Risk Management

    • Compliance

Preferred Certifications:

  • ISO-27001

  • CISA

  • CGEIT

Skills & Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of:

    • Security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls)

    • Threat landscapes, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors

  • Proficiency in:

    • Risk assessment methodologies

    • Risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies

    • Policy formulation, SOPs writing

    • Conducting audits and preparing audit reports

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to stay updated on cybersecurity trends and best practices

  • Capable of conveying compliance matters to both technical teams and senior management

Islamabad

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Initial contract of 5 years, extendable if required.

  2. NADRA reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning a reason.

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  4. Any candidate found providing false information will be disqualified.

  5. Applicants from Government/Semi-Government departments must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

  6. 5 years’ age relaxation is already included in the mentioned age limit.

  7. Final selection requires Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

  8. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.

  9. Attested degrees from HEC/relevant regulatory bodies must be submitted at the time of interview.

  10. Females, minorities, transgenders, and differently abled individuals are strongly encouraged to apply.

  11. Use of electronic gadgets (mobile phones, smart watches, etc.) is prohibited during tests and interviews.
