The Pakistan Airports Authority invites applications from competent and eligible candidates holding a domicile of the relevant province or region. These are REGULAR positions under the Defined Contribution Scheme. Appointments will be made strictly on the basis of merit and suitability.

## Available Vacancies & Detailed Eligibility Criteria

All positions fall under the EG-01 Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280 – 5,630 – 168,880

General Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules).

1. Assistant Director Air Traffic Control (ATC) (EG-01)

• Total Vacancies: 32

• Quota Distribution: Punjab - 16 | Sindh (R) - 04 | KPK - 04 | BAL - 02 | Sindh (U) - 02 | Merit - 02 | AJK - 01 | EX-FATA - 01

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in one of the following disciplines:

  • BS in Physics / Mathematics OR

  • BS Computer Science / Aviation Management with an F.Sc / A-Levels background (Pre-Engineering) OR

  • Bachelors in Engineering

• Academic Grade Requirement: Minimum 70% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. Additionally, a minimum of 70% marks or equivalent is required in F.Sc / A-Levels (Pre-Engineering).

• Special Condition: Selected candidates must execute a Surety Bond of Rs. 2,500,000/- (Two and a Half Million) to serve PAA for a minimum period of ten (10) years.

2. Assistant Director (Finance) (EG-01)

• Total Vacancies: 10

• Quota Distribution: Punjab - 05 | Merit - 01 | BAL - 01 | Sindh (U) - 01 | Sindh (R) - 01 | KPK - 01

• Educational Qualification: Must meet one of the following qualifications:

  • CMA Passed / CA Finalist (Articles Completed) / ACCA Member OR

  • MBA (Finance) / Masters (Minimum 16 years of education)

• Academic Grade Requirement: Minimum 70% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA from an HEC-recognized university, and a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent at the Intermediate level.

• Skills: Sufficient knowledge of computer operations, especially MS Excel.

3. Assistant Director Airport Services (Admin/HR) (EG-01)

• Total Vacancies: 35

• Quota Distribution: Punjab - 17 | Merit - 03 | Sindh (U) - 03 | Sindh (R) - 03 | BAL - 02 | AJK - 01 | EX-FATA - 01 | KPK - 01

• Educational Qualification: Masters / Graduation Degree (16 years of education) in:

  • Business Administration / Public Administration / Hospitality / Hotel Management OR Aviation Management.

• Academic Grade Requirement: Not less than 60% marks or at least a 2.6 / 4.0 CGPA from a reputable HEC-recognized university.
