Age Limit (25 Years old)		 Intermediate, preferably Bachelor's degree from HEC Recognized University Professional Experience
• Minimum 3x Year post qualification experience in relevant field
Skills & Competencies
• Meet assigned business targets by implementing effective sales and business strategies.
• Actively monitor franchisee business performance for assigned products and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all franchisees within the designated jurisdiction, including performance metrics and compliance status.
• Identify and assess potential areas for business growth and expansion of the franchisee network.
• Conduct ground verifications of potential franchisees, provide necessary product training, and ensure smooth deployment of new franchisees.
• Conduct visits to franchisees to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards.
• Establish and maintain close liaison with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to foster business development and partnerships.
• Prepare and present reports on franchisee performance, business growth, and compliance adherence to management.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.   1. Selected candidate will be hired initially for contract period of 3 x year (extendable if required) and will be on 6-month probation period.
  2. Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  4. Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
  5. Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  6. Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.

  8. Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview.
