Current Open Positions
We are looking for talented individuals for the following roles. Each position is critical to our multidisciplinary approach and the success of our educational programs.
1. Special Education Teacher
Role Overview:Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with a range of learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and other developmental challenges. Create an engaging, structured, and empathetic classroom environment that promotes academic, social, and life skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to individual student goals and learning styles.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with therapists and parents to ensure a consistent and supportive approach.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement and evidence-based techniques.
- Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field. Relevant teaching certification and prior experience in a special needs setting are required.
2. Speech & Language Therapist
Role Overview:Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in children. Work on improving speech clarity, language comprehension, expression, and social communication skills through individualized and group therapy sessions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
- Develop and execute personalized therapy plans aligned with educational objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to teachers and parents for carry-over activities.
- Maintain detailed records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
- Qualifications:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Must be licensed/certified and have experience working with pediatric populations, particularly children with special needs.
3. Occupational Therapist
Role Overview:Help students develop the fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills necessary for participation in daily academic and life activities. Focus on enhancing independence and functional abilities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate sensory, motor, and perceptual skills to identify barriers to learning.
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve handwriting, coordination, sensory integration, and daily living skills.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and modify the classroom environment to support student needs.
- Work closely with the educational team to integrate therapeutic goals into the school day.
- Qualifications:Degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid license to practice. Experience in a school-based or pediatric clinical setting is essential.
4. School Psychologist
Role Overview:Provide psychological assessments, counseling, and behavioral intervention strategies to support the emotional, social, and academic well-being of students.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Administer psycho-educational assessments to inform IEP development and placement.
- Offer individual and group counseling sessions to address emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Design and model positive behavior support plans for teachers and staff.
- Crisis intervention and providing support to families.
- Qualifications:Advanced degree (M.Phil./Ph.D.) in Clinical or Educational Psychology. Registration with a relevant psychological association and substantial experience in child psychology are required.
5. Teaching Assistant / Aide
Role Overview:Provide essential support to lead teachers and therapists, ensuring students receive individualized attention and assistance throughout their school day.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of IEP activities and daily routines under teacher supervision.
- Support students with personal care, mobility, and transitions between activities.
- Help prepare instructional materials and maintain an organized learning environment.
- Observe and report on student behavior and progress.
- Qualifications:Diploma or certification in a relevant field (e.g., Child Care, Special Education Support). Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children are paramount.
