Position Announcement: Administrator for PAA Model Schools & College

Advertisement No. 01/PAA Schools & College

Location: Karachi, Lahore, and Hyderabad
Position Type: Contract-based (2 years, extendable)
Monthly Package: Rs. 350,000/- (negotiable) with a 5% annual increase

The PAA Schools & College invites applications for the role of Administrator. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual with a proven record in academic administration to oversee and lead our educational institutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree (preferably in HR or Science disciplines) from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years in teaching or academic roles within reputable schools, colleges, or institutions.
  • Minimum 10 years in academic administrative management as a Principal or Administrator in reputable English Medium Secondary Science Schools & Colleges, or equivalent experience leading educational institutions.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated strong administrative skills for effective management of school and college operations.
  • Familiarity with contract management and PPRA rules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Age Limit: Up to 50 years

Preferred Background:
Candidates with assertive and commanding personalities, including retired armed forces officers, are encouraged to apply.

  • Only candidates with unquestionable integrity and a clear service record will be considered.
  • Individuals with prior dismissals, terminations, or questionable circumstances in service history are not eligible.
