The Directorate of Monitoring, Home Department, Punjab, invites applications for the following posts on a contract basis. The positions are available based in Lahore, and the contract is initially for three years, renewable based on performance.

Available Positions

1. Additional Director (BPS 19)

  • No. of Posts: 2
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • A Master’s degree (second division) in one of the following fields: Sociology, Criminology, Strategic Studies, Project Management, Political Science, Public Policy, Mass Communication, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Public Administration from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
    • Minimum 10 years of management and leadership experience in a public sector organization, including 7 years related to Monitoring and Evaluation.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Retired officers from the armed forces with the rank of Colonel or Lieutenant Colonel, or equivalent, or those qualified in the Basic Intelligence Course, with 3-5 years of experience in security matters, are also eligible.
  • Age Limit:
    • Min: 42 years
    • Max: 52 years

General Terms and Conditions

  • The contract will initially be for three years, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and in accordance with government policies.
  • The position is based in Lahore.
  • Candidates must hold a valid domicile from Punjab.
  • All appointments will adhere to the existing Contract Appointment Policy of the Government of Punjab.
  • The Directorate of Monitoring, Home Department reserves the right to withhold the recruitment process or adjust the number of posts.
  • Quotas:
    • 3% reserved for disabled persons (Candidates must attach a Disability Certificate from the District Social Welfare Officer).
    • 15% reserved for women (Women will also be considered for open merit positions).
    • 5% reserved for minorities (Subject to fulfilling other conditions).
