The University Of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Muzaffarabad Admission Are Open Now For Special Classes 2019

The University of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Muzzafarabad admissions in special classes 2019 are open now. All those students who were unable to apply for the admission first time or students whose names were on the waiting list can now apply for admission in the special classes in following BS programs.

Special Classes Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for admission in special classes of various subjects i.e. Computer Science, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Allied Health Sciences, B.Ed. (Hons), LLB, Psychology, English, Sociology, International Relations, and Mass Communication are given below.

Computer Science 

The eligibility criteria for students who want to apply for Special classes of Computer Science must have gained at least 50% Marks in HSSC with Math. The entry test conducted by the university is mandatory for admission with at least 50% marks.

Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physics & Mathematics

The eligibility criteria for students who want to apply for Special classes must have passed their HSSC intermediate exams with at least 2nd division in Pre-medical for BS Botany, Chemistry and Zoology HSSC with at least 2nd division with Mathematics & Physics for BS Physics HSSC with at least 2nd division Pre-engineering/ ICS/ General Science (with Mathematics, Physics or Statistics) for   BS Mathematics.

Allied Health Sciences

The students who want to enroll in the upcoming special classes of Allied Health Sciences must have passed HSSC Pre-Medical with at least 2nd division. The university entry test is mandatory for admission with at least 50% marks.

B.Ed. (Hons 4-year) & LLB (5-year)

For the students of B.Ed. (Hons) & LLB previous HSSC examination or equivalent must be passed with at least 2nd division in the relevant field. However, students of LLB are required to pass the entry test of the HEC Law Admission Test (LAT) for their respective admissions.

Psychology, English, Sociology, International Relations & Mass Communication

Psychology, English, Sociology, International Relations, and Mass Communication are required to pass HSSC or equivalent with at least 2nd division for the admission in special classes 2019.

Applying Procedure & Fee Details

1. All those students who are on the waiting list have to submit their admission application to the Head of the concerned department. However, students who have failed in the previous entry test must have to submit entry test fee PKR 600/-
2. Fresh Applicants are informed to pay PKR 1700/- for prospectus and application forms by sending Bank draft of  PKR 1800/- from any bank, in the name of Director Finance & Planning, The University of AJ&K. 
3. The age limit for applying in the BS programs is a maximum of 23 years. 
4. Entry test is compulsory with 50% marks for admission in special classes of BS 4-year degree programs. 
5. The applicant has to separately deposit PKR 600/- as an entry test fee.

Documents Details

1. Attested copies of all educational certificates and degrees.
2. Character certificate issued by the College/ Institute last attended.
3. NOC/ Migration certificate in case of HSSC other than BISE Mirpur AJ&K.
4. A copy of the Domicile & State subject certificate.
5. A copy of National Identity Card or Form-B
6. Four recent passport size photographs. 
7. Copy of Guardian’s CNIC

Deadline & Other Dates

The last date o0f submission of the application form is 29^th November 2019. The entry test date is 1^st December 2019. Students are advised to check for the merit list on 3^rd December 2019. However, the new session of classes will start on 09^th December 2019.
