Punjab Board of Technical Education has announced the result of the diploma of associate engineering 2020 based on the promotion policy. The authorities have also declared the result of the students enrolled in the diploma of dress designing, dressmaking, diploma in commerce, Matric (Tech) and Matric (Vocational). Almost 1 lac and 70,000 registered for the annual examination and according to the devised promotion criteria, 1 lac and 15,000 candidates passed the exams. The students that do not fall into the promotion policy have to give a special examination that will be conducted by the affiliated officials. This year the DAE exams have been canceled due to the hit of the coronavirus pandemic. By considering the situation of the COVID-19 the authorities approved the promotion policy for the students and now the candidates have been promoted to the next classes. The chairperson of TEVTA Ali Salman Siddique also appreciated the efforts of the CM and Governor Punjab. 

 

Commencement of Special Examination

TEVTA will commence the special examination in the month of December. The students that failed in more than 40% of subjects will take these exams in order to move to the next grade. According to the sources, the roll number slips have been issued to the candidates so that they can collect it before appearing in the examination.
