State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBPBSC) is inviting the application from the brilliant children of its serving, retired, deceased employees (OG-2 and below) to continue their studies at intermediate, graduate and post graduate level.
The merit based scholarships for the academic session 2016-17 are now available and the bank in inviting applications from the children of above mentioned employees.

A): Eligible Employees:
The children of employees (serving, retired, deceased) up to OG-2 level just of SBP BSC (bank) are eligible for the above scholarships.
B): Fields of Study:
1): Intermediate Course
The students chasing intermediate in science, economics, commerce, computer science, information technology and diploma of associate engineering from a recognized educational institute are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
2): Graduation Course:
The students chasing graduation in science, commerce, business, economics, technical education, public administration, information technology, medical pharmacy and engineering
3): Post-Graduation Course
The candidates chasing post-graduation in science, commerce, business, economics, technical education, public administration, information technology, medical pharmacy and engineering
C): Educational Institutes:
The award of scholarships for graduation and for post-graduation courses will be considered only for those aspirants who have taken admissions in any one of the currently recognized University/Degree awarding institute by HEC.

Post-Graduation No Limit 9000/-
E): Some Other Eligibility Conditions
o Children of SBP BSC (bank) employees (up to OG-2 level) who have passed their last (matric/inter/graduation) exam during the academic year 2016 with minimum “B” grades or have obtained not less than 60% marks.
o In case of grades mentioned in GPA/CGPA form, the applicants will have to provide marks equivalence sheet from the concerned educational institute.
o The applicants who have passed “A” or “O” level exams under Cambridge system are also eligible to apply for the scholarship. These candidates will have to submit equivalence certificate issued from IBCC Islamabad Pakistan in this respect.
o The students who are receiving any other scholarship from any institute or from government are not eligible to apply for these scholarships.
F): Acceptability:
o All the scholarships will be granted to the applicants strictly on merit basis and according to the set quota for every course.
o After the grant of scholarship for a particular course, no change of educational institute will be allowed.
o The scholarship will be take back where student fails or does not appear in the exam.
G): How to apply?
o Interested candidates who meet the above mentioned eligibility criteria may apply to the concerned office of SBP.
o Candidates can submit their application forms till April 15th, 2017.
