The government of Punjab has taken a great decision for technical education students to pursue their studies by getting 40% relief on their tuition fees. In a meeting presided by Minister for Industries, Mian Aslam Iqbal, the annual budget for the provincial Board of Technical Education has been approved. The members of the meeting also agreed upon a 13 points agenda presented by the board.
Good News for Technical Education students:
Punjab Minister for industries also emphasized the significance and need for technical education in Pakistan. He said students pursuing their studies in technical education can also contribute to the country’s progress. It has also been decided that all the technical education students who have been promoted this year due to coronavirus pandemic situations can also get 40% fee relaxation. The fee relaxation policy is limited only to Diploma for Associate Engineering (DAE), Commerce, Matric (tech), and Matric (vocational) students.
Aslam Iqbal also expressed the hope that the decision of fee relaxation will also reduce the financial burden from students in these difficult times.
