1. Assistant Professor Paediatric Dentistry (Case No. 121-RE/2025)

    • Four years of teaching experience as a Demonstrator in a PMDC/PMC recognized institution.

2. Assistant Professor of Medicine (Case No. 122-RE/2025)

  • Number of Posts: 06 (Open Merit=05, Women Quota=01)

  • Prescribed Qualification:

    • MBBS or equivalent recognized by PMDC/PMC.

    • Specialized postgraduate qualification: FCPS/MS/FRCS/MRCP/MD/Diplomat American Board in the respective specialty (Medicine).

    • An alternative qualification pathway is also outlined for candidates, requiring three years of post-graduation practical experience in the specialty if the primary specialist qualification is not held.

Important Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

  • Male Candidates: 25 to 45 years, with a general age relaxation of 5 years, making the maximum age 50 years .

  • Female Candidates: 25 to 45 years, with a relaxation of 8 years, allowing a maximum age of 53 years .

  • The age and sex of transgender candidates will be determined as per their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).

Domicile & Posting:

  • Candidates must be domiciled in any district of Punjab .

  • Successful candidates will be posted at various Medical Universities, Medical Colleges, and Hospitals across Punjab .

Registration Mandatory:

A critical requirement for all applicants is valid registration with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) or Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) . The registration must be valid until the closing date (January 14, 2026). If expired, proof of application for renewal submitted on or before the closing date is mandatory.

  • For in-service candidates (government employees), obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC) is essential before applying.

  • Candidates are required to provide hard copies of their online application form along with two sets of all documents within seven working days after the closing date . Failure to do so will result in automatic rejection.
