The qualifying posts are the history of the later recruitment of the Junior Clerk position under the Board of Revenue (BOR) and the office of the Deputy Commissioner, which are very competitive at the intermediate qualification stage. Some of the clubbed case IDs listed below are tests taken by the clubbed cases in previous years, the junior clerk one paper exam of a multiple clubbed case in PPSC was to be performed on a date earlier this year and applicants in other districts (such as Murree and Bahawalnagar) took the MCQ paper. Timely post-writing of the results gets the path cleared to document scrutiny and in some cases, end-results to the concerned departments.
Candidates were also relieved on social platforms and PPSC dedicated forums and they encouraged others to download their intimation cards and DMCs immediately. Some of the tips given by the experienced applicants are: have scanned copies of original documents available, ensure the details of the educational qualification is verified on the form you uploaded and do not lose the bank/payment receipts used in any of the formalities (mostly the rechecking fee of 200Rs). Providing that his or her name is on the provisional list, a candidate must keep a very close eye on formal notices that provide the verification dates and slots of the interview.
After written findings, PPSC can send individual notices with the schedule of document scrutiny, interview dates (in case of need), or final recommendations. Even after the finalisation of the list of postings by PPSC, some departments release their own lists. The official site of PPSC should serve as the source of updates and be authoritative to candidates and stakeholders who use secondary portals as the useful but not definitive source. In case of any candidate requiring a formal recheck, follow the time limit of seven days and save original receipts of payment as evidences.
