Pakistan Medical Commission has said that the result of the NMDCAT 2020 will be announced within the next 10 days. The PMC had finally conducted the national MDCAT on 29th November, and almost 125,000 candidates were registered. According to the sources, only 138 candidates were informed to be affected by the COVID-19 so they could not appear in the test. Now after the test, the students are eagerly waiting for the result announcement. Previously the candidates were allowed to take the carbon copy of the test but this year the PMC declared that the candidates will not get the carbon copy. Currently, the officials are working on the composition and the declaration of the result and it will be pronounced within 7 to 10 days as said by Vice-President PMC Barrister Ali Raza. Furthermore, according to the reports, there were a strict implementation of the standard operating procedures at all the test centers and the students were satisfied with the paper. 

Fake MDCAT Papers

The federal investigation agency had caught the group that was selling the fake papers for the MDCAT test before its commencement. The PMC took Twitter and make the official announcement that the papers of the medical and dental college admission test obtained from the group were fake. The papers remain secured prior to the conduction of the MDCAT. The concerned authorities had compared the paper of the MDCAT after the test started with the leaked one and thus found to be false. Moreover, the PMC said that the authorities are working on the centralized information system to keep the details intact. 

Special MDCAT Exam

The special MDCAT exam for the COVID-19 positive students will be held on 13th December 2020. The candidates that have informed the PMC about the infection will be only able to appear in the test. The special exam will be commenced with the assistance of the national testing service.
