PBCC Issues Important Notification regarding 11th class and 9th class Special Exams 2021

The Punjab Boards Committee of Chairpersons has issued an important notification regarding the 11th class and 9th class special exams 2021. The meeting of PBCC was held on 28th October 2021 in which various decisions had been taken. Those candidates who were absent in one or two subjects in HSSC part-I and up to three subjects in SSC part-I in the annual examination 2021 their result card will be prepared by putting the dash mark in the relevant subject column. Moreover, a note will be attached that such a candidate will be appeared in the absent subjects along with the compulsory subjects in the annual examinations 2022. Moreover, those candidates of SSC and HSSC who appeared for improvement of marks in the annual examination 2021, but are not satisfied with their result, will be granted one extra chance to appear in the special examinations 2021.

Instructions For Candidates

The candidates that have been looking how to apply for special exam 2021 are notified that they have to follow the instructions provided by the board authorities for the 9th class and 11th class special exams. To appear in the exams the candidates have to submit the admission form and admission fee according to the schedule provided. It is mandatory for the students to fulfill the admission requirements otherwise they will not be allowed to take the exams. Earlier the Punjab boards had announced the 10th class result 2021 and the 12th class result 2021. Moreover, the 11th class result 2021 has been announced today for the candidates. Now the candidates eligible to appear in the special exams 2021 are advised to check the guidelines provided for the commencement of the exams. 

Special Exams 2021

The special exam 2021 intermediate registration has been started and the candidates are informed to submit the admission fee and admission form before the last date. The admission form submitted after the due date will not be entertained. As per the examination schedule provided by the PBCC the special exams of HSSC part-I and part-II will be commenced from 27th November 2021.
