The Pakistan Medical Commission has announced to conduct the special MDCAT exam for the COVID-19 positive students. According to the authorities, the exam will be held on 13th December 2020 for those candidates that have tested positive for the coronavirus. Pakistan medical commission has clarified in the statement that the COVID-19 tested positive candidates will upload and submit the test through the national testing service. The instructions will be provided to the candidates for the special exam that they have to follow to avoid any trouble.
Special MDCAT Exam
The PMC said that the registered students that contact the coronavirus between 15th November 2020 and 29th November 2020, will be allowed to sit in the special examination which will take place as per the mentioned schedule. Furthermore, the PMC assured that the special exam will be held with the pattern and the structure as the MDCAT examination being commenced on 29th November 2020. The officials of the Pakistan medical commission added that the candidates who are referred to the special MDCAT examination can use the previously assigned roll number slip to them. Issuance of Roll Number Slips
The Pakistan medical commission has issued the updated roll number slips to the applicants of MDCAT. The online portal is operational from where the candidates can download the roll number slips. The PMC has directed all the candidates to check the roll number slips before the test. It is also informed to the candidates to take the print of the roll number slip and must bring it to the examination hall on the test day. Despite the closure of the educational institutes, the education minister has announced that the medical professional exams and entry test will be held as per the schedule.
