Karachi: On Thursday, the aspirants of different nursing institutes staged a protest in Karachi against the exam results and blamed that different indiscretions were conducted during the exams results by Sindh Nurses Examination Board.
The protesting aspirants carrying placards demanding, fair results and justice.

The proctors blamed that conducted exams were not from books and even the Viva was not conducted.
Approximately sixty aspirants of General Nursing from 1st year to the final year in Karachi were affected by ‘unjust result', they added.
They furthermore added that the administration of Sindh Nurses Examination Board went for re-assessment which is not under the rule of Pakistan Nursing Council.

Likewise, the viva voce exams of 3 subjects were also not conducted.
Moreover the results were announced eight months late in spite of that it were prepared during earlier management of Sindh Nurses Examination Board.
They blamed that examination results also showed nepotism as some close relatives of new management were declared to have passed.
The protesting aspirants blamed that battle among the earlier and current management groups of Sindh Nurses Examination Board is affecting the future of aspirants and also appealed to the higher authorities to take a strict action.

They announced to continue the protest at Karachi Press Club on Friday.
