Murad Raas Makes An Announcement Regarding E-Transfer of Teachers

The Punjab education minister, Murad Raas has made an announcement regarding the E-transfer of teachers. According to the statement issued by the minister, E - Transfer for all Teachers is to be opened on December 14th, 2021. It has been instructed that the teachers can apply as all the categories will be be opened at the same time so make sure to enter the correct information while applying. Moreover, the minister has sent good wishes to all the teachers who intend to apply for the E-transfer. Earlier the Punjab government had announced the E-transfer system for the teachers through which they can apply for the transfer by the online platform from the comfort of their home. To apply the candidates have to submit the online application form and attach the scanned copies of relevant documents.

E-Transfer of Teachers

The Punjab government had taken the paperless initiative for the transfer of school teachers and staff so that the process of the transfer can be completed in a hassle-free manner. The E-transfer application was launched by the Murad Raas to facilitate public school teachers that want their transfer to a school at their desired locations. Moreover, the provincial government had announced the online transfers through the School Information System (SIS) in different phases. It has been notified to all the applicants that the finalization of transfers will be based on the verification of all the data and relevant documents of the applicants such as enrolment, sanctioned posts, and teacher records issued by the concerned authorities.

Statement About Closure of Schools

Punjab's Minister for Education Murad Raas has also issued a statement regarding the closure of the schools. He said that many people have been demanding to shut down the schools and the minister expressed concern over people messaging him to close schools. The minister added that since the start of the COVID-19 the students have been facing disruption in the academic activities so it is not possible to shut down the schools again as it will impact the education of the students. So it has been decided that the schools will remain open and the candidates will attend the classes by following the COVID-19 SOPs.
