Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements to qualify for the post:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Mechanical Engineering from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) approved institution.
Experience: Up to 2 years of post-qualification experience in maintenance, safety, and related fields. Fresh graduates are also eligible.
Skills:
Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance with local building codes.
Certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA will be an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving ability and capacity to handle emergencies.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
General Instructions for Applicants
