HEC Invites Applications For Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme 2021

The higher education commission of Pakistan has announced the Hungaricum Scholarship Programme for Bachelor's, One-Tier Master's, Masters, and Ph.D. studies. As per the instructions of HEC, nationals of Pakistan and Azad Jammu Kashmir both can apply for the announced scholarship. The program is launched by the Hungarian government to offer opportunities to Pakistani students to study abroad. HEC Pakistan managed this scholarship in collaboration with the Tempus Public Foundation Hungary. It is informed to the candidates that they have to submit the online application form both at the Hungarian and HEC websites.

Scholarship Types

Hungaricum scholarships are available for students that meet basic eligibility criteria in particular disciplines such as

Bachelor's Degree
One-Tier Master's Degree
Master's Degree
Ph.D. Degree

Instructions For Candidates

The age limit for the undergraduate programs is 18-22 years and for the postgraduate is 35 years. In the case of Ph.D. programs, employees of public sector Universities, the age limit shall be extended up to 40 years
The applicants should have completed HSSC or equivalent study program to apply for Bachelor's or Master's degree.The candidate should have completed 16 years Bachelors’/or equivalent degree program to apply in Masters.
The applicants must have completed 18 years of Degree to submit the scholarship application in the Ph.D. Program.
It is advised to the candidates to fill all the fields in the HEC and Hungary application form.
Attested Certificates/Degrees must be attached after attesting by IBCC and HEC authorities. Equivalence certificate of O & A level issued from IBCC is compulsory.
Applicants have to fulfill all other requirements set by the Hungarian university and Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
After the final selection, the candidate needs to submit a bond agreement

Last Date to Apply

The deadline for the submission of the application form is 15th January 2021. So the interested candidates are recommended to apply before the last date.
