Fawad Chaudhry Gives Career Related Advice To MDCAT Students

After the conduction of the medical and dental college admission test on 29th November 2020, the students are now waiting for the result to be declared by the Pakistan medical commission. All the exams got postponed by the government due to the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic but the special assistant to the prime minister on health, Dr. Faisal Sultan had dismissed the plea of the students to delay the medical entrance exam 2020. After intermediate, it is the aim of almost every student to become a doctor to achieve the goal. To get admission in the medical and dental college it is mandatory for the candidates to appear in the MDCAT. This year the test was held at the national level in which approximately 125,000 students registered. 

New Career For Young Students

Fawad Chaudhry, the minister of science and technology has given the career-related advice to young students. Taking his Twitter he said the students are striving hard to become the doctor and they had appeared in the MDCAT exam to secure admission in the medical and dental college. Apart from the medical profession, there are numerous fields that can be chosen to pursue a career. He directed the students to choose biotechnology as a profession. He added those fifteen years down the line doctor as a profession will start dying down because the biotechnology is future. It is an advanced field that offers a wide range of opportunities for students to grow professionally. 

MDCAT 2020 Result

According to the officials of the PMC, the result of the national medical and dental college admission test will be announced in the next week. However, the special MDCAT exam for the COVID-19 positive students will be held on 13th December.
