Karachi, Four papers of Secondary School Certificate Annual Examinations under the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) have been postponed due to some reasons.

BSEK Chairman Mr Fasihuddin clarifies that papers have been postponed because there was hard schedule for failure students of class IX and class X who are supposed to sit in the exams together.

Now the paper of English compulsory (part-1) for class 9th will be organized on April 22, paper of Chemistry (part-II) for class X will now be held on April 23 instead on April 15,  Paper of Pakistan Studies (part-II) will be held on April 24 instead of April 17 and three papers of 10th class, Sindhi compulsory, Sindhi normal course compulsory and Urdu compulsory along with English compulsory (part-I) and Geography of Pakistan for foreign students have also been rescheduled on April 25 instead of April 19.

Moreover, two more cheating cases were caught during a surprise visit to an examination centre in Nazimabad.

BSEK chairman Mr Fasihuddin and Controller Examination Noman Ahmed were on their surprise visit to examination centers and caught the boys red-handed during their surprise visit to the S.M. Public Government Boys Secondary School in Nazimabad. He further said that the cases have been put up against these students and have been forwarded to the board’s unfair means committee but the students will be able to complete the rest of their exams.
