The aspirants of matric and inter level were upset due to the orders given by ministry of law to amend the law however; today the officials of board assured that the students across the province will be promoted to the next class as per the policy.
According to details, the ministry of law has ordered the educational boards to amend the rules on promotion of matriculation and intermediate level students after which the wave of anxiety ran among the students.
The Board officials has assured the students across the province to be promoted to the next class.
The Board officials further added that; " If the ministry of law has sent back a summary on promoting students without exams then it is a matter of educational institutes ".
He said that the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Law and the Board will take care of the issue themselves. The board has to amend the rules. The aspirants should not be upset in this regard. According to officials of board, all the Students are Promoted as per the Policy.
It is important to mention here that few days back the Objection had been Raised on the Summary of Promotion of matric and intermediate students without exams.
The Ministry of Law has raised an objection that there is no clause present in the Board of Education Act to pass the candidates with exams. If the board wants to pass the students then the amendment in the Board Act is needed to be done first.
It should be noted that the Coronavirus Pandemic has also put a brake on educational activities due to which the annual exams of government sector schools have been cancelled and it has been decided to Promote the Students from Class One to Class Eight in the next classes without exams. The Cambridge school system has also announced the policy of promoting the students to next levels without exams.
