Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Gujranwala Announces Matric Date sheet For Annual Examination 2020

The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Gujranwala has announced the date sheet for the annual examination on 13^th January 2020. All students of matric including both 9^th class and 10^th class are advised to prepare their exams according to the Gujranwala board secondary school examination Datesheet 2020. Moreover, the annual examination will not be extended and changed under any circumstances and no holidays will affect the annual examination schedule students will appear as per their examination dates.

Gujranwala Board Annual Examination

The students are informed that English, Urdu, Islamiyat, Pak Studies, General Science, General Math (Arts group), General Math (Science group), Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Elements of Home Economics (only for girls) examination with be taken in the form of two groups. First group will appear for the examination in Morning and second group will paper for the exam in Evening. However, for the remaining subjects, students will appear for examination according to the given Datesheet. All students will appear in the annual examination according to the given group number on the roll number slip. Non-muslims students will appear for their exam according to the date and time mentioned on the roll number slip.

For each exam, the examination duration will be mentioned in the paper. However, on Friday each examination will start after 2:30 pm at noon. All morning students all students are advised to reach the examination center at 8:00 am and the annual examination will start from 8:30 am onwards. All evening students except for the examination on Friday will reach the examination center at 1:00 pm and the examination session will start from 01:30 pm onwards. All evening students for the annual examination on Friday will reach the examination center at 02:00 pm and the examination will start at 02:30 pm.

Guidelines Annual Examination 2020

1. All Gujranwala Board students of 9^th class (Part-1) and 10^th class (Part-2) who have been provided with the roll number slip provisionally are informed that during or after annual examination if found ineligible there annual results will be terminated.
2. Students are prohibited from the use of ink remover or any other fluid during the annual examination in any case. On objective type paper or on practical copies avoid the use of led pencil. 
3. All students who are appearing for Secondary School Certificate examination will not be allowed to use a calculator during the examination.
4. Bringing Mobile phones during examination is strictly prohibited and can result in termination of the exam.
